how do i care for my clothing?
i recommend hand washing with cold water and air drying on a hanger when possible to maintain vibrancy. all of the wearables i make are hand drawn, painted, sewn, dyed, on vintage or thrifted clothing.
if spot treating or hand washing is not possible, you can machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold water and air dry.
please note: all of my works are made to be washable, though they are likely to fade slightly after many washes, especially those that are hand drawn! x
what should i do if i haven’t recieved my order?
if you haven’t received your order or are having trouble with your order, please make sure you’ve checked your email (and spam folder!) for an automated email from bigcartel with your tracking number, if you can’t find the email or are having further trouble, please message me through the contact form and i will try my best to help work something out.
i ship domestically with USPS, which can sometimes have hiccups wherein things arrive late or sometimes go missing.
while this has only happened a handful of times since i started making tees in 2018, i unfortunately cannot offer refunds or replacements if something is lost, due to each item being one of one and made by hand.
to avoid any mishaps with lost packages, please make sure you’ve input your address correctly during checkout.
if you realize you’ve put in your address wrong and haven’t gotten a shipping notification yet, please email me as soon as possible with the address correction to make sure your package doesn’t get delivered to the wrong address!
when can i expect my package to arrive?
you can expect your package to arrive within 1-2 weeks within the US.
for international shipping, please allow 2-4 weeks for it to arrive.
i ship all packages once a week, usually on saturday or monday. i will send you a tracking notification when your order has been packaged and is ready to ship.
